What is an apostolic center?
It is an expression of the church that functions as both a community and an activation center. The mandate is not only to gather but to send. The mandate is not only to reach but to train and activate. The structure is different. The foundations are different, and the function is different. The sound is different, the flow is different, and the objective is different.
In an apostolic center, the metrics are different. It is measured by the reach to the ‘metron’ territory or people group. It is measured by believers being trained, equipped, and sent, not just gathered. Apostolic centers have a mandate to reach, gather, equip, impart, activate, and send. Apostolic centers have five-fold ministry teams.
Apostolic centers govern. They govern in prayer, worship, intercession, and decree. They govern in preaching and teaching. The sound that comes out is governmental.”
